ProScan stores your scanned documents in TIFF files. These files are capable of storing multiple images in the same physical file.
Clarion provides you with additional options for storage of those TIFF files.
There are different opinions on what type of storage is the best. Some developers prefer external files since they are not prone to TPS file corruption. Other developers prefer storing the TIFF images in blob fields for security and ease of handling.
