The MAIN Path tab of the global support extension template is where you configure the main location for your program data.
The MAIN Data Path Setup
When you add ProPath to your application, it automatically defines a MAIN data path.
By default this is where all data and INI files will be mapped into.
If you need a separate data space for your SYSTEM data files (such as INI files, control files or read only files), just check the Use a separate path for System data and INI files box. Then you will see a new tab appear at the top of the template as shown here:
Configuring the separate data path will be covered in the next section of this document.
Controlling the MAIN Data Location
ProPath controls the MAIN data location in one of three ways:
