DemoBlob demonstrates storing the TIFF files in a Blob field attached to your parent record

 

DemoBlob is a data file where we store data about the TIFF files that comes from the ProScan session.  The template retrieves this data automatically for you when the user exits ProScan.  The data mapping automatically assigns these values to the table fields.

 

The data is stored in your file in this example because only the TIFF file is stored in the blob field.

 

 

 

There is also a tab that shows the data as it is returned from ProScan.  This data is available to your program and can be automatically mapped into your fields or variables with the control template.
