In addition to the First Deploy rules that allow for automatic deployment when your program starts, you can also use the #CODE templates provided to deploy one (or all) of the export groups "on demand".
All you need to do is insert the #CODE template on the button or menu link of your choice.
Deploy ALL Export Groups
This #CODE template will deploy ALL of the export groups in ALL storage files (other than those that are marked to be deployed as a data set).
If the "Prompt user for overwrite" box is checked and the file exists, the user will be asked to confirm the file replacement.
Deploy FOLDER:MAINData Export Groups
This #CODE template will deploy ALL of the export groups marked for deployment into the FOLDER:MAINData location (other than those that are marked to be deployed as a data set).
If the "Prompt user for overwrite" box is checked and the file exists, the user will be asked to confirm the file replacement.
Deploy FOLDER:SYSTEMData Export Groups
This #CODE template will deploy ALL of the export groups marked for deployment into the FOLDER:SYSTEMData location (other than those that are marked to be deployed as a data set).
If the "Prompt user for overwrite" box is checked and the file exists, the user will be asked to confirm the file replacement.
Deploy One Export Group
This #CODE template will deploy ONE of the export groups marked for deployment (other than those that are marked to be deployed as a data set).
If the "Prompt user for overwrite" box is checked and the file exists, the user will be asked to confirm the file replacement.
